Ltd 2013-09-15 Rolwaling Trekking http://www.mtkailashyatra.com/rolwaling-trekking.html
West of the Khumhu, directly on the Tibetan frontier there is a wild, lonely high valley the "Rolwaling" which is called simply "the grave" by the indigenous Sherpa’s on account of its location - buried down between steep ice-giants. Many mysterious stories have been passed on about this valley. through which the forefathers of the present-day Sherpa’s once came. It is here that the notorious and celebrated Yeti is supposed to make his home. Entire research expeditions have, so far unsuccessfully, attempted to find him.

There are three factors which have helped to preserve this splendid valley from the ravaging onslaught of tourists. First of all it is relatively arduous to get there at all, secondly there are neither lodgings nor food to buy, and third you need a special permit to be allowed to hike into Rolwaling. You must purchase - pro-forma - a climbing permit for the Ramdung Peak (5.925 m) regardless of whether or not you want to climb the mountain. Those who aren’t scared away by these inconveniences will he richly rewarded for their efforts. Just the approaches to the Rolwaling Valley are worth your money: The trail leads you through a wealth of variety on one hand through Tamang and Chetri villages with their typical ter raced fields, on the other through dense, gloomy primeval forests and over broad ridgebacks with wonderful views.
Yeti Himalayan Travels and Tours Pvt. Ltd 2013-09-15 Annapurna Circuit Trekking http://www.mtkailashyatra.com/annapurna-circuit-trekking.html
Annapurna Circuit trek. The trek of Annapurna's is one of the most part popular treks in Nepal, Some people refer to this route as a "highway" because of the large number of tourists one encounters for the period of the peak season from September to November.

Unfortunately the Annapurna Circuit trek is critics are justified. However, it would be a pretty to give up the joys of walking and discovering some of the country's highest and most spectacular mountains- the Annapurna's, Lamjung, Manaslu, Nilgiri, Dhaulagiri and Machhapuchhre are just some of the peaks the itinerary attempts to cover, The Annapurna round trek also goes through diverse landscape, from the subtropical forests of the lower Marsyangdi to the dry valley of the Mustang, from the Thorong La to the meandering Kali Gandaki.

The culture shock is equally impressive. Nepalese a mosaic of peoples and you will meet Brahmans, Tamangs, Gurungs, Thakalis, Magars, and of course, Tibetans, who have all settled in the shadow of Annapurna, revered locally as the Goddess of Abundance.Tourism has benefitted some of the population. Greater wealth has led to more commercial attitudes and it is likely that some people will want to see the contents of your wallet before extending any hospitality. But for most of the inhabitants life is still pretty tough, yet their smiles are genuine and devoid of any materialistic motives. These are the persons worth meeting.

For the Annapurna Circuit trek it is important to choose the right time to visit. March, April and may are the most appropriate months as the climate is favorable (after the heavy winter snows when the peaks are impenetrable and before the excessive monsoon rains when the pathways are waterlogged). There are fewer tourists as well at this time. The following itinerary covers 18 days, the minimum number required to get acclimatized at your own pace. However, trekkers in a hurry have the option to follow part of the itinerary- from Dumre to Jomsom for instance, and then catch the flight back. Or from Pokhara to Jomsom, and return the same way. The itinerary runs from the east to the west. The reason for this is that until 1993 the route crossed the Thorung La from Manang. Today, there is a lodge between Muktinath and the Thorung La which means that trekkers do not have to climb about 1600 metres on the same day. If you decide to leave from Pokhara, read the suggested itinerary in the reverse order, but remember- it is quicker to climb downhill than to climb up!
Yeti Himalayan Travels and Tours Pvt. This area is highest inhabited region of India and the River Indus with its tributaries flows through the ranges. Ladakh is a separate province of the State of Jammu and Kashmir and distinct in its culture and topography. It is a region which was opened to tourists only a few years ago.

Since then, foreign tourists, particularly a large number of young visitors are traveling to Ladakh to see its unspoiled beauty. The landscape of Ladakh is glorious but stark and the surrounding mountains are painted in colors that only nature could choose. Only adventure lovers are recommended to visit Ladakh. Ladakh should not be compared with a hill station like Srinagar. The region is predominantly Buddhist and several important Buddhist monasteries dominate the region. Some of them are located within visiting distance from Leh and normally day excursions are ideal to visit most of them. The clean, dry air, magnificent scenery and the warm hospitality of the happy people makes Ladakh truly memorable.

The territory of Ladakh represents some 70 per cent of area of the State of Jammu and Kashmir with the lowest density of population in the world which is less than one or two per square kilometer. The effect of elevation and isolation amidst snowy mountains has made the countryside forbiddingly arid and produced one of the most unusual climates in the world. Burning heat during the day is normally followed by extreme cold at night and dry cold air makes you feel its presence. The average annual rainfall is less than four inches. As you drive up and down this arid, barren, sun-beaten and wind-swept countryside, you may get a peculiar feeling that you are somewhere on the lunar surface – this topography character has given Ladakh the term "Moonland".
Yeti Himalayan Travels and Tours Pvt. (8848m.) through which the climbing toppers feel them selves as the most proud and adventurous personnel of the World. Sir Edmond Hillary and Late Tenzing Norge Sherpa first climbed this peak in May 29, 1953, after their long time's effort.

Everest Base camp is situated on the north of Khumbu glacier at high of 18000ft. All the international Mt. Everest climbers assemble here during the starting and at the ending time of there climbing. Normally the climbing duration of this expedition lasts for 90 days. All the climbers who mass there at the base camp seem really busy with excitement for the preparation of their expedition to reach on the summit.

Some climbers climb this mountain on their own risk without any climbing Sherpa guide; and some climbers go with their own climbing Sherpa guide. Most of the teams carry own their on Internet, Satellite phone, Medical Doctor and rest of the modern requirement.

After the Base camp, we have to cross crevasses, Seracs and ice block. Similarly we should face to the way up having Chunks of ice as large as our houses where we should used fixed ropes and aluminum ladders to climb ahead camp 1st 6400m.

Camp 1: 20000ft. (6,400m)
This camp 1 is situated at the flat area of endless snow deep crevasses and mountain walls. Because of the Sun's reflection from this place we get warm and heating ambience at this place. In the night we listen the deep murmuring cracking sounds of crevasses beneath our tent. These are the areas where we have to walk to reach camp 2.

Camp 2. 21000ft. (6,750m)
This camp 2 is situated at the height of the 21000ft, which is located at the foot of the icy mount Lhotse wall though where we have to go ahead. Weather is here is good but bad clouds roll in from the low range of the Himalayan valleys to the bottom of our camp two. But wind here some times seems very violent enough to destroy our tents. After climbing these palaces we reach camp 3.

Camp 3. 22300ft. (7,100m)
Camp 3 is located at the height of 22300ft, adjoining to mount Lhotse wall. After climbing the 4000ft. Lhotse wall by using fixed rope and with prior acclimatization it leads us to camp 4. Also on the way we have to ascend the steep allow bands (lose, down -slopping and rotten limestone). From their crossing short snowfield the route moves ahead up the Geneva Spur to the east before finishing the flats of the south col. (Another wells name meaning Saddle of pass). Oxygen should probably be use above base camp 3 incase of needed to the climbers.

Camp 4. 26000ft. (8,400m)
Now we are on camp 4 which located at the height of 26000ft; it is the last camp of the Expedition. From here summit is about 500m, distance far. This is the final and dangerous part of the climbing. This place is besieged by ferocious and violent winds. The normal best way to reach the summit is via the narrow South - East Ridge and it precedes the South Summits 28710ft.

From here the way is easy to reach at the summit of the Everest 29028ft; and late Sir Edmond Hillary and l Tenzing Norge Sherpa used this route in 1953.
Yeti Himalayan Travels and Tours Pvt. Although the height is only 6812m it requires steep ice, rock and snow climbing. Normally, three camps are set in the approach above the base camp (4,570m), however, only two camps are used to spend the night. The normal route for climbing is South-West Ridge. The ascent from Base Camp to camp one is considered one the difficult days of the expedition. We follow old grassy moraine ridges passing through a saddle and then turning to north climbing up rocky ground and through boulders to the ridge where camp I is set up. From camp I, we cross a rocky bowl and climb the ridge frequently alternating the sides along the fixed lines to the camp II.

Climbing the ridge involves severe rock climbing which leads to the top of a yellow tower. The climbing route here from camp II changes significantly with the steep mixed gully’s of rock, ice and snow. The route leads to the ramp and climbs to an amphitheatre and then passes through steep snow and ice runnel and finally, along the snow ridge to reach camp III. The summit from camp III requires steep climb on snow and ice to the right of a huge hanging glacier.
Yeti Himalayan Travels and Tours Pvt. Mt Kailas is holy to followers of four religions. To Hindus, Kailas is the abode of Shiva and nearby Manasarobar Lake is the means or soul of Brahma. Tibetans call Kailas Kang Rimpoche. Jains worship it as Mt Ashtapada, the peak from which the religion’s founder, Rishabanatha, achieved spiritual liberation. Followers of Bon-Po, the ancient pre- Buddhist shamanistic religion of Tibet, revere Kailas as the soul of Tibet
Yeti Himalayan Travels and Tours Pvt. Initially, we trek through sub - tropical jungle, then dense forest of oak, birch and pine before the valley opens out into alpine meadows and yak pastures. In the spring these high meadows are carpeted with a rich variety of alpine flowers - gentians, violets, edelweiss and primulas to name just a few - and the forests are also in full bloom with rare tree orchids and the colourful rhododendron. The Langtang forests are also known for their wildlife, including red Pandas, Himalayan black bear, wild boar and langur monkeys.

We trek up the valley to Kyangjin, where we camp in a superb setting, dominated by the fluted north west face of Kangchenpo, whilst Kyangjin Ri provides a splendid viewpoint. From Kyangjin, we move further up the valley to Yala, a small yersa (summer hamlet). Basing ourselves here allows time to walk to the top of Tsergo Ri (5066m), the highest point on a broad flat plateau.
